Eligibility

　It can be used by those who have a resident registration or permanent domicile in Fujiidera City and who have a My Number card with an electronic certificate for user authentication.

*Those who have their permanent domicile in Fujiidera City and are registered as a resident in another municipality must complete the pre-registration procedure in advance in order to obtain a copy of the family register certificate and family register appendix from the convenience store issuance service. is required. About measures to prevent falsification of certificates

　The certificate issued by the Convenience Store Issuance Service is an A4 size plain paper with anti-tampering treatment. There are three ways to prevent tampering. 1. Checking characters: When you make a copy, the word "duplicate" will appear, so you can check whether it is forged. 2. Scrambled image: A scrambled image generated by encrypting the front side of the certificate is printed on the back side. Through the inquiry site, the image on the back side is displayed on the computer screen, so you can compare it with the front side to check whether the content has been tampered with. 3.Anti-counterfeit detection image: The anti-counterfeit detection image is an image printed on the back of the certificate.In addition to the image that can be confirmed visually (visible image), the image is hidden behind the visible image. The forgery prevention detection image of the copied certificate lacks the latent image, so you can check whether it is forged.

Other precautions

・ If a certificate is issued at a convenience store, it cannot be returned, exchanged (replacement of the certificate, etc.), or refunded.

・Those who have undergone procedures to suspend certificate issuance due to DV support measures, etc. cannot use this service.

・ If there are any changes to the information on the family register or resident card, the certificate cannot be issued until the changes have been completed.

・ My number card is required to use convenience store delivery service. Even if you bring your notification card, basic resident registration card, or seal registration card to a convenience store, etc., you cannot use it. Also, when issuing a seal registration certificate at a counter such as a city hall, please bring your seal registration card with you. You cannot issue a seal registration certificate by presenting your Individual Number Card at the city hall window.

・ Depending on the contents of the certificate, there may be multiple sheets (pages). There is no stapling function (stapling) like the counter delivery, so please be careful not to forget to take the second and subsequent sheets. Also, please make sure that all the certificates are complete.

・Those who fall under the regulations for fee exemption should apply for a certificate at the city hall window. In the case of convenience store issuance, the issuance fee is not exempted.
