Amazon releases new "Fire HD10 Child Model" and updates to Amazon Kids+

　On April 27th Amazon released a new version of the Fire HD10 Children's Model, a children's tablet, and an update to Amazon Kids+, a monthly fee-based unlimited access service for children.

　The new children's model is based on "Fire HD10" in the 11th generation 10.1in tablet "Fire HD10" and "Fire HD10 Plus" released on the same day, with 32 GB internal storage, 3 GB memory, 5 megapixel rear camera and so on.

　In the children's model, the "Amazon Kids+" one-year subscription and new color changes (sky blue, aquamarine and lavender) are set, and the bracket can also be used as a protective cover for the holder, as well as a 2-year limited guarantee.

　Amazon Kids+ is a monthly subscription service featured by Amazon's children's content team for thousands of books, videos, learning apps and games. The object is 3-12 years old, for primary school students and above (6-12 years old), with a new user interface that looks like an adult. Parents are also rich in management functions (parental control), which can filter content, restrict use, set learning goals, confirm content, and so on.

　In this update, while the content is further expanded, the content of "music" has been added. Through the cooperation of USEN Co., Ltd., it is provided as an original music application "USEN Kids" by streaming media by radio. 　The new generation of "Fire HD10 children's model" is priced at 19,980 yen including tax. Pre-orders will begin today and shipment is expected on Wednesday, May 26th.

　Amazon Kids+ is 980 yen per month, and Amazon Gold members are 480 yen per month. In addition to the Fire tablet, it can also be used on Android and Chrome OS terminals, and books and videos can be used, but the difference is that Fire tablet versions of applications and games support installation, while Android and Chrome OS versions support Web applications.
