If there is an item called "Seller" and you can select "Amazon.co.jp", check this. Then, only the items sold by Amazon.co.jp will be displayed on the search result screen.

If there is no seller's item on the left side, you can also add the character string "& emi = AN1VRQENFRJN5" to the URL field of the browser and read it on the search result screen, and Amazon.co.jp will sell it as above. The result is that only the items you want to do are displayed.
